Athletes Fees and Deadlines: $60 per athlete.
No charge for coaches.
Early-bird discount of $5 per athlete if registered ON-LINE by Feb 1, 2011. Cheques payable in full to Trillium Gymnastics Club.
Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
A $5 late registration fee per athlete may be applied.
Category changes between Apr 1-Apr 15, 2012 are subject to a $10 per athlete administrative fee.
No category changes will be accepted after Apr 15th. |

Levels 2-6 (7/8 years) Events/All Around: Certificates per GO rules. Levels 2-6 (9-14+ years)Events: 1st-3rd Medals, 4th-8th Ribbons. All Around: 1st-3rd Trophies, 4th-8th - Ribbons. |

| Requirements: |
Meet Specifications: Regulations as outlined in the 2011-2012 Women's Technical Rules and Regulations Manual. No appeals/protests allowed. We reserve the right to combine categories. Coaches are reminded to wear appropriate attire and footwear. |

Spieth Anderson equipment all apparatus. Vault runway is 22m with landing into a pit. |

| Music: |
All music must be clearly marked with gymnast's name and club and must be recorded on the CD. |

| Due Date: | Please return registration forms with payment no later than April 1, 2012.     NO REFUNDS.     No changes to the registration of athletes will be accepted after April 15, 2012.     Payment must accompany registration forms.     Please return the "Card of Intent" to pre-register your Club as soon as possible.     A meet schedule will follow after registrations are received.     We are looking forward to hearing from you soon. |
